Submission will be open until February 1st, 2024. You will receive notification of your acceptance status by March 1st, 2024.

Please use our abstract template and carefully read the stated guidelines.

Presentations can be given as poster or oral presentations.

Poster format:

A0 upright (33.1 x 46.8 inches)

Oral presentations:

Format: MS powerpoint (Slides 16:9)

Duration: 12 minutes talk and 3 additional minutes for questions (12+3)

Presentations have to be provided by stick in the morning or the day before the presentation, no own electronic devices.
